202. Blockchain Business Applications Design & Development
This workshop reviews important enterprise considerations in designing Blockchains solutions through use of applications to Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, Telecoms and Media, Decentralized Finance and Tokenization, etc. Participants can contribute their use cases for real-time discussion and solution design. Aspects of business, application, data and technology design will be addressed in conjunction with regulatory and privacy compliance such as HIPAA and AML/KYC, etc. Techniques to identify and prioritize features, determining what goes on Blockchain and what is designed to operate off-chain, use of 3rd party capabilities and internal databases and systems (i.e., ERP, records management), and key management will be highlighted. This workshop is for enterprise and start-up executives, consultants, strategy and product leads who are tasked with leading the development of the Blockchain Strategy as part of the organizational Digital Transformation initiative or as a disruptive start-up. Certification: This course provides the foundational knowledge needed for all of the certifications. Certification requires successfully passing the online multi-choice exam (CCBBA and CCBA). Additionally, the CCBP certification candidates receive a capstone (Blockchain strategy and lean business model) template and receive feedback on the capstone. Successfully completing the capstone is needed for the CCBP certification only.
